    Hi. All.

My MGA is smoking.  I have been told my rings are bad.  I need to have my engine rebuilt .

Please let me know if you know of a reliable garage that will do a good job.

I am considering sending it to England to Brown and Gammon.  But I would like to get it done here on the

Cape if possible.  I live in Yarmouthport.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

You could speak to Richard Brown at Brown's British Motorworks in Pembroke.  He is planning to move his shop to Plymouth next month.  781-635-4792

You could try Hans Westberg Advanced Engine Rebuilding in Wareham 508-295-2288. He's excellent.

A little late with a reply but I had Als Engine Works in W. Wareham rebuild my TR6 engine.

He does great work and specializes in antique and classic engines.

This might be a little late, but have you tried All Cape Machine Shop in Hyannis. I know they have a lot of experience with Triumph engines.
